GREETINGS!

My name is Kadeidra Peterson. I’m currently a graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro majoring in accounting. One more class, and I’ll have my Master of Science in accounting. I received my Bachelor’s of Science in accounting in 2017 at Winston Salem State University where I held many leadership roles throughout my time there.

I hope to encourage women who are in leadership roles or seeking to be in one. It can be hard at times, but we must never give up! I want to also add, although this website is catered to women in leadership, men can also use this information and tips on success and how to be a successful leader in an organization.
